  • Absolutely. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply email kmpartydecorations@gmail.com. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no future payments will be charged after cancellation has been processed.

  • Due to the digital nature of the academy and the immediate access provided to educational content, resources, and member materials, all membership payments are non-refundable. We encourage prospective members to review the academy details and FAQs carefully before enrolling to ensure the membership is the right fit for their goals.

  • No. The academy is suitable for both beginners and experienced balloon artists. Whether you are learning the fundamentals or looking to elevate your current work, the training is designed to support all skill levels.

  • Members receive access to academy modules, step-by-step tutorials, live sessions, Q&As, monthly educational content, vendor resources, exclusive discounts, and our private Facebook community.

  • The academy is hosted through Kajabi. After joining, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in and access your membership through the Kajabi app or desktop platform.
