Hi, I’m Kylah McMillon, founder of KM Party Decor and the educator behind its evolution into a teaching-focused studio.

My work with balloons began as hands-on experimentation, but quickly became a deeper study of structure, design, and process. Over time, I realized that what truly mattered wasn’t just creating beautiful installs, but understanding how and why they worked, and being able to repeat that success with confidence.

Through years of experience, refinement, and real-world application, I’ve developed a thoughtful approach to balloon design that prioritizes technique, clarity, and intention. My passion now lives not only in creating, but in teaching others how to build skill, confidence, and consistency in their own work.

I believe balloons are more than decor. They are a medium for design, problem-solving, and creative expression. When approached with structure and understanding, they become a powerful tool for building something meaningful and sustainable.

Today, my focus is on guiding artists and creatives who want more than trial and error. Whether you’re learning the foundations, refining your process, or working toward a professional-level practice, my goal is to provide clear education, practical insight, and the support I once needed myself.

This work is about growth, intention, and learning how to create with confidence.
